Preaching as if You Mean It (M327INT): Course Reserves

Resources for Preaching as if You Mean It (M327INT), Spring 2022

Course Description

A great professor of homiletics once said that all ministers must face the hard question, "How far would you go to hear yourself preach?" If the answer is to be " A long way," then the sermons we preach will need to be both worthy in their content and felictious in their style. This intensive course will address both elements of preaching. It will help students clarify what fundamental message they want to preach and how to do so most effectively. MDiv required course. [from syllabus]

Course Reserves Policies

Each term, Meadville Lombard library staff put at least one copy of every required and recommended textbook on reserve. In some cases, we have extra copies of books that are assigned for courses and those copies are available in the general circulating collection. Whenever possible, ebook versions of assigned texts are also available.

Course reserve books circulate like main collection Wiggin Library books, for 4 weeks at a time with the option to renew up to 4 months. Students should request course reserve books only from the courses they are enrolled in.
